drifters
Drifters is a granular sample explorer plugin for the Expert Sleepers Disting NT featuring four autonomous drifting voices. Each drifter is band-limited to a different frequency range (250Hz, 750Hz, 1550Hz, 4000Hz) and wanders through sample territories with configurable gravity, drift speed, and entropy. The drifters respect each other's space through soft repulsion, but when bored from staying in one place too long, they become attracted to push past their neighbors. Features configurable grain density, envelope shapes (Mist, Cloud, Rain, Hail, Ice), clock-synced or Poisson triggering, and stereo panning based on position relative to the anchor point.
